Company History:
In June 2010, Mood Media Group was acquired by Fluid Music Canada. Fluid Music Canada subsequently changed its name to Mood Media Corporation.
Prior to this, Mood Media® was formed after three of Europe’s leading digital media companies merged. These were Mood Media®, DMX MUSIC International and Alcas Holdings. There has been considerable restructuring of the Group since 2006 with new management, strategic growth areas and business practices being put into place. The essence of Mood Media®’s service offering has evolved but remains focussed on in-store media solutions.
